We take a 7-hour drive on a tourist bus to reach Pokhara. We’ll drive along free-flowing Trishuli River via Prithivi Highway. Overnight at a hotel in Lakeside, Pokhara.
We leave Pokhara for Nayapul in an hour long jeep drive. After reaching Nayapul, we start our first day of Annapurna Base Camp Trek. Trekking along Modi Khola River, we pass some small villages to reach Tikhedunga. Overnight at a lodge in Tikhedunga.
Our today’s trek is filled with the magnificent panoramic view of the Himalayas, lush Himalayan forests, exotic floras and faunas, beautiful villages, and some mouth-watering waterfalls. Trekking along the steep stone staircase which is around 3300 steps, we enter the village of Ulleri. After a couple of hours of trek, we reach Ghorepani. Overnight at a homestay in Ghorepani.
We take an hour-long sunrise hike to Poon Hill. The view of the sun rising behind Annapurna range, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Nilgiri, and the other Himalayas is absolutely stunning. After relishing the stunning sunrise from Poon Hill, we march towards Tadapani. We trek through dense rhododendron forests and come across Danfe, Munal, monkeys, and other birds and animals before we reach Tadapani. Overnight at a lodge in Tadapani.
Trekking along Modi Khola, we pass dense alpine forests to come across a wooden bridge. Crossing that bridge, we enter the Gurung village of Chhomrong which lies in the lap of Annapurna massive offering us mesmerizing view of Annapurna range, Mt. Hiunchuli, and Mt. Machhapuchhre. Overnight at a homestay in Chhomrong.
Crossing a suspension bridge over Chhomrong Khola, we ascend to a small village of Sinuwa. We trek for an hour to reach the Magar village of Dovan. We trek through lush Himalayan forests and enter Himalaya. Overnight at a homestay in Himalaya.
Passing few Buddhist monasteries and ridges filled with prayer flags, we march towards Machhapuchhre Base Camp. On our way, we encounter beautiful ice cave just ahead of Deurali. We enjoy the majestic view of the Himalayas and reach the base camp. Overnight at Machhapuchhre Base Camp.
Following steep trails covered with Buddhist prayer flags, we trek toward Annapurna Base Camp. We relish the stunning view of Annapurna range, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Machhapuchhre, Mt. Nilgiri, and the other snow-capped Himalayas on our way to the base camp. After 6 hours of trek, we reach Annapurna Sanctuary where we are surrounded by the Himalayas from all sides. We explore the hidden valley in Annapurna region and start our trek downhill. We trek through beautiful rhododendron forests adorned with orchids and ferns to reach Bamboo. Overnight at a homestay in Bamboo.
We trek along beautiful Chhomrong Khola to reach Sinuwa. After trekking through the lush Himalayan forest, we cross a wooden bridge over Chhomrong Khola to reach Jinuwa Dada. We dive in a natural hot water spring and relax after a week of the continuous trek. Overnight at a lodge in Jinuwa.
Leaving Jinuwa, we trek toward the Gurung village of Ghandruk. We trek along the stunning view of the Himalayas. After 5 hours of trek, we reach Ghandruk which hosts the magnificent view of Mt. Machhapuchhre. Overnight at a homestay in Ghandruk.
On our last trekking day, we trek for 4 hours to reach Nayapul. Then, we take an hour-long drive back to the City of Lakes. Later, we visit the World Peace Pagoda which is a favorite destination for tourists all over the world. Overnight in a hotel in Pokhara.
After 7 hours long drive, we reach Kathmandu. We rest for a couple of hours before meeting for a farewell dinner in a Nepali restaurant in Thamel. Overnight in a hotel in Kathmandu.
We drop you at Tribhuvan International Airport and bid you farewell.
